Returns and Refunds Policy
Canberra Trophy Centre does not accept returns of any type after 30 days from the initial sale.
If goods are returned within 30 days from purchase they must be in original condition with no personalisation. Any accepted returns will incur a re-stocking and administration fee.
Canberra Trophy Centre reserves the right to refuse any returns after a period of 30 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.
Canberra Trophy Centre will not offer a refund for an incorrectly placed order. When an order is placed, it is the customers responsibility to check size, colour and style to make sure that they are completely happy with the order placed.
Canberra Trophy Centre will not accept returns for any item that you approved and that we have custom made to your specifications.
If we engrave or print something then it can not be used for another customer or resold so we cannot accept returns of product that has been personalised.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
If you choose to have your order delivered Canberra Trophy Centre will ship and order within 24 hours of completion. We can ship Australia Wide using Australia Post or our local courier. Standard shipping cost is $16.50.
For larger orders a shipping estimate can be provided at time of ordering.
Delivery time for Australian shipping depends on the location. We will always do our best to get your award to you by the date you request. We can supply tracking numbers so you can follow your parcel.
You are welcome to book your own courier. Just select pick up at check out and then book your own courier when the work is ready for pick up. We do not book your courier on your behalf or take any responsibility for your couriers handling of the goods.
Terms and Conditions
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the images, prices, and details of the products listed on this site.
Should a discrepancy arise between the contents of the site and the products you receive, you are entitled to return the product, provided you comply with our returns policy.
Sizes, volumes, and capacities are approximate and we will not be held responsible if an item is smaller or larger than that stated. Each individual product may vary in size from one to the other. This is unavoidable in most cases.
Small design and or colour changes to products may occur as a result of changes made by the manufacturer without prior notice. This is not within our control. All descriptions/information are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy although every care is taken.
Once goods have been engraved, no responsibility can be taken by Canberra Trophy Centre for any mistakes
made by the purchaser in ordering their goods. Any item that has been customised, engraved or change for your unique requirements is not refundable should you decide it does not suit your purpose or if you change your mind after the item has been customised.
Canberra Trophy Centre is not liable for any damage or injury incurred by the customer as a result of purchasing the products from this site. By purchasing a product, you also consent to any terms and conditions laid down by the payment gateway being used in the transaction.

Order Cancellation
If you place an order online via the website or by an email, make a payment and then cancel the order we charge $33.00 to refund the money which covers the time taken and the bank fees for making refunds.
If a custom order is cancelled we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee based on our evaluation of the cost to the business. If any work has been undertaken the customer is liable for the payment for that work before any refund can be considered. If a customised order has been completed and no part of the item can be salvaged and reused or resold then no refund will be given.
If the stock has been ordered by Canberra Trophy Centre to fulfill your order you will be liable for a re-stocking fee which will vary depending on the product. If any materials have been customised to your specifics we can not provide you with a refund.
Any Credit card surcharges that may have been paid cannot be refunded.
